This Simple Job Contract (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [DATE] by and between [COMPANY NAME], a [STATE] corporation, with its principal place of business at [COMPANY ADDRESS] (“Company”), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] (“Employee”).
1. Employment

2. Duties

3. Compensation

5. Overtime

6. Benefits

7. Paid Time Off (PTO) / Sick Leave

9. Confidentiality
Employee acknowledges that during their employment, they may have access to confidential information about Company, its customers, and its business operations. Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information to any third party, either during or after their employment with Company. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, customer lists, financial information, and marketing strategies.
10. Company Property
Employee agrees to return all Company property, including but not limited to, computers, phones, documents, and keys, upon termination of their employment.
11. Non-Solicitation
During the term of their employment and for a period of [NUMBER] months following termination, Employee agrees not to solicit any employees or customers of Company to leave Company or to do business with a competitor.
12. Governing Law
