Artwork Sale Contract

This agreement is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:

1. Description of Artwork

The Artist agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following artwork:

2. Purchase Price

7. Authenticity

The Artist warrants that the Artwork is an original work of art created by the Artist and that the Artist has the full right to sell the Artwork.

8. Condition of Artwork

The Artwork is sold “as is.” The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the Artwork (or have relied on images provided) and are satisfied with its condition.
